Prerequisites
- Ideal age of student - 8 years or above
- Interest in music and learning the instrument + willingness to practice regularly
- Student must have their own Tabla, so that they can practice and hone their skills
Topics Covered
- Introduction to Tabla
- Posture and fingers
- Hand positioning
- Finger techniques
- Introduction to Sam, Taali, Khaali and Laya
- Knowledge of basic rhythm patterns

- Play basic taals/rhythms
- Learn correct hand placement and finger positions
