BSPM Level 3 Praveshika Pratham
About The Course
After completing the Level 1 Prarambhik course and Method Book 2, your child is ready to prepare for the BSPM Level 2 certification exam - Praveshika Pratham.
In this course, the students discover Geetams, which are simple songs, Swarajathis filled with devotion and love, and the compositions of musical legends like Purandara Dasa and Tyagaraja. It's a step deeper into the world of Carnatic
music with nottuswaras, devotional songs and folk melodies.
In geethams, the student learns new ragas beyond Mayamalavagoula, set to different talas. And in swarajathis, they learn multiple sahityas which show the emotions like devotion and love. Through geethams and swarajathis, the students
acquire a good knowledge on the ragas and talas prescribed in this grade.
This grade goes beyond classical music. Your child also gets the opportunity to learn some devotional songs, folk melodies and nottuswaras, through which they can clearly understand how to modulate their voice and express emotions.
Our certified teachers ensure that your child is completely ready before taking the certification exam so that they can ace the exam with confidence.
